Selectel Wireless accepts returns on undamaged devices/equipment and unopened accessories up to 14 days from shipment. Device/equipment returns must have original undamaged packaging, original accessories, and have no signs of use. Selectel Wireless reserves the right to refuse any return if determined that the device/equipment is damaged or has been altered in any way. Upon this determination the return would be declined and no refund granted. Returns must be received with 7 days of the return request, failure to do so terminates the return request. All shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Selectel Wireless does not accept “buyers remorse” returns. Exchanges are accepted on devices/equipment of equal to or greater value. The customer is required to pay shipping each way on exchanges.
